Consent of the personal data subject to the processing of personal data
Hereby freely, of my own free will and in my own interest in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’, I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by SC Mir Truda (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1. Purpose of personal data processing: promotion of goods and services on the market: informing about goods, services, special promotions and offers;
2. List of personal data submitted for processing:
surname, first name, patronymic
e-mail address
telephone number
3. List of actions with personal data performed by the Operator: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use.
4. This consent shall come into force from the date of its signing and shall be valid until the expiry of the terms of storage of personal data determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. I have been explained my rights and obligations with regard to the processing of personal data, including my obligation to inform the operator in case of changes in personal data.
